Mr. Janak Barot started off his career in the field of real estate in the year 1994. In the beginning he dealt mostly with trading of land, with a dream and ambition of creating an empire for himself and his kids to carry forward his legacy. A very humble, down to earth and generous by nature, Mr. Barot sets up a benchmark for his future generations being from a humble family background he had to struggle his way up in this competitive business of real estate.
Brijesh Ghoswami - President
Mr. Ghoswami plays an integral role in all business ventures conducted by Rudra group of companies. He is the backbone of Rudra group. It is his support and motivation that helps Mr. Janak Barot take major business decisions. His main expertise is accounting for the entire group.
Mr Rudhra Barot - CEO
Mr Rudhra Barot has pursued Architecture from a reputed university in Ahmedabad. After completing his studies, Mr. Rudhra took keen interest in business and was always passionate about creating landmarks in real estate business. Mr Rudhra Barot moved to Mumbai in the year 2018 and is a rising star in the enterprising world of real estate business. He is one of the key reasons why Rudra Group is growing each and every day as a brand in luxury markets of real estate in Mumbai.
Mrs. Tanya Goel - COO
Mrs. Tanya Goel infuses youthful energy, creative vision, and strategic insight into her role as the COO of Rudra Group. Coming from a strong business lineage, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 17, launching her own designer diamond jewellery brand. Her remarkable achievements at a young age earned her several prestigious honors, including the Young Entrepreneur Award (2011), Business Woman of the Year (2012), and Best Advertising Campaign (2013).
With an MBA in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from London, Tanya blends academic excellence with practical business expertise. Further strengthening her credentials, she has recently completed her PhD in Emotional Intelligence in Family-Managed Businesses in India, adding deep academic insight into leadership, people management, and organisational dynamics.
Inspired by her husband, Mr. Rudra Barot, she ventured into the real estate industry, where she now plays a pivotal and hands-on role in transforming Rudra Group into a future-ready, iconic brand in Indian real estate. Under the Rudra Group banner, the company has already delivered approximately 1,400,000 ft² of real estate in Ahmedabad and is currently constructing around 500,000 ft² in Mumbai. In line with its growth vision, Rudra Group is also planning to undertake three large-scale redevelopment projects before July 2026, further strengthening its footprint in the sector.
Tanya’s role at Rudra Group goes far beyond the title of COO. She is deeply involved in the day-to-day functioning of the organisation, micromanaging critical aspects of the business and heading key verticals such as Accounts, Marketing, and overall management. Her leadership ensures synergy across departments and drives the group’s strategic direction and execution.
Importantly, Rudra Group’s vision is not limited to real estate alone. Under Tanya’s active involvement and guidance, the Group has also expanded into diverse segments including film production, F&B, sanitary fittings, hospitality, and more, with a strong focus on exploring and entering new avenues of growth in the near future. Her combination of academic depth, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational rigor continues to be central to Rudra Group’s multi-sector expansion and long-term vision.
Mr. Siddharth Vilas Ladhe - Working Partner & Liaisoning Head
Mr. Siddharth Vilas Ladhe serves as a Working Partner & Liaisoning Head at Rudra Group, playing a critical role in driving the regulatory, approval, and investment framework of the organization.
With over four years of focused experience in real estate liaisoning and licensing, Siddharth is responsible for securing and managing all statutory approvals and permissions across multiple government bodies. His deep understanding of regulatory processes, combined with strong professional relationships, enables the seamless and timely execution of projects.
In addition to his liaisoning responsibilities, he is actively involved in overseeing and managing investment aspects of the business, contributing to financial planning and strategic decision-making for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Known for his proactive approach and strong networking capabilities, he ensures that complex approval procedures are handled efficiently, minimizing delays and supporting the Group’s project timelines.
Academically, Siddharth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing, equipping him with a well-rounded understanding of both financial strategy and market dynamics.
His ability to navigate intricate regulatory environments, manage investments, and maintain effective coordination with authorities makes him a key contributor to Rudra Group’s growth and execution excellence.

Adv.Dharti Mamania - Legal Head
A law graduate from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, University of Mumbai, with experience in legal advisory, real estate law, and regulatory compliance. As the head of the legal function at Rudra Group, oversees the company's legal affairs across all projects, including drafting and negotiating MOUs, finance-related agreements, customer documentation, and commercial contracts. Also manages RERA compliances and regulatory matters, while serving as a key point of contact for clients by addressing legal and project-related queries. Prior experience with reputed legal chambers and law firms has provided exposure to litigation and advisory matters across real estate, civil, criminal, and regulatory domains. Recognized for a practical, solution-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to align legal strategy with business objectives.
Suchitra Mane - Sr. Accountant
Suchitra Mane manages the Accounts and Finance function at Rudra Group, ensuring seamless financial operations and adherence to accounting standards. From maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices to managing vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking, she contributes significantly to the organization's financial efficiency. With a strong focus on compliance and financial integrity, Suchitra plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial stability and operational success her attention to detail and commitment to compliance help support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.
Snehal Thakur - Hr Manager
Snehal Thakur oversees the Human Resources function at Rudra Group, ensuring smooth and efficient people management processes across the organization.
